All About Me Form

All About Me Forms!! Perfect for the first week of school! FREEBIES!

As a Childcare & Preschool owner, the teachers utilize this form at the start of each session, or the first week of school. They do this in order to get to know a little about each child. We send this home with the parents for them to assist as needed. On top of that, we’ll often fill one out for ourselves as well. It’s always good to take the time to know a little about the kids in your care.

Take the time to review these with the child or class once they are returned. The kids LOVE to know you care about them! This also gives the children to elaborate on some of their answers, and to get familiar with having discussions in front of the class.

Aside from the first week of school forms, what about the First Day of School pictures? Parents can use this for these as well! You can then compare the answers from year-to-year. There’s enough space to add what the child wants to be when they get older, their weight & height as well. Feel free to download this Easy-Peasy FREEBIE today!

Be sure to download this FREEBIE today! This form is like a little snapshot of time that will soon pass.

DREAM FORMS! Great for the first week of school! FREEBIES!!

Dream a little (or big) dream with me“. Having children utilize their creativity and come up with dreams is always a fun activity. This isn’t for them to just draw something that they already have. It’s an activity for them to think freely and dream big dreams! These Dream Sheets are fun for kids of all ages; and the teachers as well. These are perfect first week of school forms!

Bring out the pencils, colored pencils, pens, markers and crayons and let their minds flourish! You can remind them to think “outside of the box”. Maybe their “Dream House” has a pet park inside of it. What about a basketball court or swimming pool. Maybe their car flies. The sky truly is the limit. For the little ones, be sure to write their descriptions on the back so mom and dad can see what they were imaging at the time of drawing or coloring.

Start the year off right with teaching your students about KINDNESS and the importance of it. These FREE Kindness Challenge cards give your students an opportunity to show kindness in ways they may not have thought otherwise.

One suggestion for use of these cards is to have each child randomly select a card at the beginning of the day. Have them, or you depending on the age, read the card aloud. Discuss each of the meanings and how it could make another person feel. Have them do their act of kindness throughout the day. At the end of the day touch base on these cards and have each child discuss their random acts of kindness.
